My Green Casa is a community for green remodeling; for the first-timer to the expert. It’s a place to share projects and experiences; get information and advice; and find product information, reviews and recommendations. What makes it truly unique is the ability to connect real projects with real products, so you can see the real life outcome.

Site Features

My Casa

This is your space for showcasing your projects, saving your posts, tracking content, managing your points and communicating with others. Here you can load individual projects, each with its own set of images and its own project blog. All projects will automatically load into the Projects Section.

Projects

This is a library of all the member projects on the site. You can sort and search by type of project and/or tags. Find similar projects for information, products or just inspiration. Love someone’s hard work? Give them a ‘Love It!’ point and make them feel good.

Products

This is a library of green building products. My Green Casa will keep adding products until we have them all! Find products; read and write reviews; and link products to your projects to show the product in action. Are we forgetting a product? Let us know and we’ll add it.

This is also where you add products to your projects. Just click on the menu and your projects come up! Select the project and simply add it. The product will appear on your project and your project will appear on the product.

Q&A

Ask a question or answer one; whether it’s related to your project or green building in general.

Ideas

Submit an idea for what you’d like to see on My Green Casa: A new feature? A new functionality? Read what other members are thinking, discuss, vote and help us shape and improve the site. This is your chance to build the green remodeling site you want.

Points

All your participation doesn’t go unnoticed. As you participate, especially if your contribution is rated highly, you will gain points. The points will do more than recognize your contribution to the site. Once we’re fully up and running, we will allow you to exchange your points for a cash donation to support non-profit organizations working in green building.
